Answer: We deliver throughout the day please call us and specify when your function begins.

Question: Is the inflatable insured?

Answer: Yes all our inflatables have £5 Million Public Liability Insurance.

Question: If I have to cancel is my deposit refundable ?

Answer: Unfortunately all deposits are non-refundable regardless of circumstances as these are used to cover admin and time spent on your booking, we can however allow you to move your booking to another date where possible.

Every hire will require the user to sign a hire agreement for insurance purposes.
